Oliver has been training in the Martial Arts since the age of 5. Below is a list of grades and qualifications he currently holds.

With experience in a wide variety of other arts including TaeKwon Do , Karate and Tai Chi. Oliver has also had the pleasure of teaching at the F.A.O. G.B. annual training seminar in London, amongst some of the highest ranking instructors in the world.
Sensei Kate Garwood 2nd Dan
Kate has been training for six years in Goshin Jitsu and is now ranked Nidan, 2nd degree black belt. Kate also holds the YMCA FIt qualification in Instructing Health Related Exercise for Children.
Both Kate and Oliver are fully insured with the Fighting Arts Organisation G.B., CRB checked (Disclosure) and both have attended training in Basic First Aid with the St John Ambulance.
